Welcome to Tío’s All Natural Soap.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TIOS ALL NATURAL SOAP LLC, doing business as Tío’s All Natural Soap. We operate this store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through it in order to provide you with a thoughtful shopping experience. These offerings are referred to throughout these Terms as the “Services.”
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below, explain your rights and responsibilities when you visit, interact with, purchase from, or otherwise use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

We put a lot of care into how our soaps are developed, described, photographed, and presented. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on the screen, device, lighting, and settings used to view our store.
Tío’s soaps are made using natural ingredients and handcrafted processes. Slight differences in color, shape, weight, scent, texture, pattern, or appearance may occur between individual bars and production batches. These variations are part of the nature of the product and do not necessarily indicate that a product is damaged or defective.
Scent is also personal. While we do our best to provide accurate scent notes and descriptions, individual experiences and preferences may vary.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information may be updated at any time without notice. We may discontinue products or limit the quantity of products available to a person, geographic area, or jurisdiction.
Our products are intended for external cleansing use. Product descriptions and other information provided through the Services are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Please review the complete ingredient list before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Section 3: Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase products from Tío’s. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, pricing errors, or misuse of the Services.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at tiosallnaturalsoap@gmail.com.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing or shipped.
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. They may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
Section 4: Prices, Payment, and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to the correction of genuine errors or inaccuracies.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. Any applicable amounts will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Prices offered through our online store may differ from prices offered at pop-ups, markets, retail locations, promotional events, or other sales channels.
Promotions may be subject to additional terms. When promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will govern that promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, shipping, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for an order and agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.
Section 5: Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, address issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If an order is delayed, lost, damaged, returned, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at tiosallnaturalsoap@gmail.com. We will review the situation and work with you to determine the best next step.
Section 6: Intellectual Property
The Services and their contents, including trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, slogans, written content, photographs, videos, graphics, audio, designs, layouts, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to TIOS ALL NATURAL SOAP LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless we provide prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, sell, or transmit material from the Services for commercial purposes.

The names Tío’s and Tío’s All Natural Soap, together with our logos, product names, packaging, designs, and slogans, may not be used in a way that implies sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement without prior written permission.

Tío’s All Natural Soap is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with TIOS ALL NATURAL SOAP LLC.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and TIOS ALL NATURAL SOAP LLC, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made with TIOS ALL NATURAL SOAP LLC, to the extent permitted by law.

Feedback must not:

- Contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or intentionally misleading material
- Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in or serving Frederick County, Maryland.
